Jay McBain is the Principal Analyst at research and advisory firm Forrester, which analyzes and forecasts trends in business and technology. 

In early 2021, for example, McBain and the team at Forrester mapped the entire B2B SaaS channel software tech stack by revenue and listed each company, CEO, and founding date by type (You can find us in the “Ecosystem Management” category).
